Workbench Beta

GrabCAD is a high energy startup that engineers a collaboration platform for the 3D modeling community. I was a member of the dev team that built the UI for the beta release of the core product, Workbench.

I coded with Ruby On Rails, CSS/Sass and Javascript/jQuery, and used Git for version control.

Lord of the Rings Online

As a member of the Turbine web team, I rebuilt the Lord of the Rings online game site front-end on a Drupal CMS base, showcasing Turbine's brilliant art assets.

The site captured the wave of increased interest following the theatrical release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Gotham City Impostors

Gotham City Impostors is a multiplayer online role-playing game. The mapping of combat dynamics wowed players as Turbine's first out-of-game visualization using game data.

I developed the front-end of the Leaderboard and Match Viewer, contributed to white-boarding the UX and layout, scripted HTML/CSS, and designed icons.

Batman Arkham City

The opportunity to contribute to the Batman Arkham City website was like an invitation to the ball from my fairy geekmother. My team developed multiple skins for each of the Batman villains.

The promotional site for this critically accaimed addition to the Batman mythos received millions of page views.

Dungeons & Dragons Online

As a member of a small strike team assigned stewardship of Turbine's MMO websites, I built a Drupal Theme for the Menace of the Underdark D&D Online Expansion site.

I developed regions, content nodes, HTML5 template overrides and CSS. As the first Drupal CMS site at Turbine, the Underdark site empowered brand managers to renew content free from the constraints of a development cycle.

Building Comprehension Through Social Understanding

At CAST, an educational research & development nonprofit, I illustrated curriculum for the BCSU project.

CAST created this series of stories to kindle discussions between teachers and their students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The pictured story illustrates emotional cues in facial expressions and body language.

Disney Princess

As a freelance illustrator, I drew 60 color variations of layered charm art assets for the Disney Princess online game, improving the visual excitement of game play.

An unexpected perk of this assignment was that I became a rock star in the eyes of my neighborhood pre-schoolers.
